研究肝段切除与胆管切开取石术治疗肝内结石的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Hepatectomy and Biliary Lithotomy in the Treatment of Hepatolithiasis

目的分析肝段切除与胆管切开取石术治疗肝内结石临床效果。方法选取我院2014年10月—2016年10月收治的肝内结石患者96例作为研究对象,遵照随机数字分组规则,分成观察、对照组,对照组实行胆管切开取石术,观察组实行肝段切除术,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果经过手术后,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝段切除术用于治疗肝内结石,与胆管切开取石术相比,治疗效果突出。

Objective To analyze the effect of hepatectomy and biliary lithotomy in the treatment of hepatolithiasis.Methods96patients with intrahepatic lithiasis treated in our hospital from October2014to October2016were selected as the object of study.In accordance with the random number grouping rules,they were divided into observation and control groups.The control group was treated with bile duct lithotomy,and the observation group was treated with hepatic resection.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After operation,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hepatectomy is more effective in the treatment of intrahepatic calculi than in bile duct lithotomy.
