比较奥氮平与利培酮在老年精神分裂症方面的疗效与安全性

The Efficacy and Safety of Olanzapine and Risperidone in the Treatment of Senile Schizophrenia

目的探究比较奥氮平与利培酮在老年精神分裂症方面的疗效与安全性。方法选取2015年1月—2016年11月我院收治的86例老年精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组43例与观察组43例,观察组患者给予利培酮治疗,对照组实施奥氮平进行治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率与对照组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应率与对照组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床中对老年精神分裂患者采用利培酮与奥氮平实施治疗,均存在良好疗效,两组患者不良反均较轻,因此临床用药时应根据患者病情针对用药。

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of olanzapine and risperidone in the treatment of senile schizophrenia.Methods From January2015to November2016,86elderly patients with schizophrenia were selected from our hospital,randomly divided into43cases of the control group and43cases of the observation group.The observation group was treated with risperidone,and the control group was treated with olanzapine.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the effective rate of treatment(P>0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Risperidone and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia in elderly patients have good curative effect.Two groups of patients with mild adverse reactions,therefore,clinical medication should be based on the patient's condition for medication.
