探讨老年人结肠癌彩超诊断与鉴别诊断

The Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Colon Cancer of the Elderly

目的研究分析老年结肠癌患者接受彩超诊断的临床效果,为临床诊断应用提供参考依据。方法根据2013年6月—2016年6月我院的63例老年结肠肿瘤患者来分析研究,均是使用结肠镜和手术病理诊断确诊的病例,对他们的彩超图像进行分析。结果共有58例结肠癌,5例非结肠癌。术前为患者使用了彩超诊断,有55例确诊,有3例漏诊,2例误诊,3例非结肠癌,彩超诊断出老年结肠癌的敏感性是94.8%,特异性80.0%,准确性92.1%,阳性预测值96.5%,阴性预测值62.5%。结论结肠癌患者接受彩超诊断的临床效果比较突出,敏感性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasonography in elderly patients with colon cancer,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods63cases of elderly patients with colon cancer from June2013to June2016were selected in our hospital.They were all diagnosed with colonoscopy and surgical pathology,and their color Doppler ultrasound images were analyzed.Results There were58cases of colon cancer and5cases of non colon cancer.Before the operation,patients were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound,55cases were diagnosed,3cases of misdiagnosis,2cases of misdiagnosis,3cases of colon cancer,the sensitivity of ultrasound in the diagnosis of elderly colon cancer was94.8%,specificity was80.0%,accuracy of92.1%,positive predictive value was96.5%,and negative predictive value was62.5%.Conclusion The clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasonography in elderly colon cancer patients is prominent,the sensitivity and accuracy are high.
