潍坊市中心血站冷沉淀临床使用情况及分析

The Analysis and the Clinical Application of Cryoprecipitate in Weifang Blood Center

目的通过对潍坊地区近几年临床医院冷沉淀应用做统计分析,总结临床科室冷沉淀的使用情况,通过得出的数据分析临床应用趋势,为合理的临床应用冷沉淀提供科学依据。方法回顾性对各临床医院近五年来的冷沉淀使用情况分血型统计分析。结果近几年,冷沉淀在医疗诊治中使用量激增,治疗效果显著,使用模式也从单一病种的输注转变为多种血液制品的联合输注。结论伴随着冷沉淀在临床治疗中广泛应用,使用范围不断延伸,临床价值愈显重要。血站需加大成分制备力度,满足临床需求,节约有限的血液资源。

Objective To analyze the trend of clinical application and provide the scientific basis for reasonable clinical application of cryoprecipitate through the summary and the data collected from several Weifang hospitals’use of cryoprecipitate in clinical departments in recent years.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the use of cryoprecipitate which was divided according to the blood types in clinical hospital in the past five years.Results In recent years,the exponential growth of cryoprecipitate used in medical diagnosis and treatment had an obvious treatment effect.In addition,usage patterns switched from the infusion of single disease to the joint infusion of various blood products.Conclusion With the application of cryoprecipitate in clinical treatment,extending of usable range,importance of clinical value,blood centers need to increase the intensity of preparing blood components to meet clinical needs and save the limited blood resources.
