产程护理干预对头位难产分娩结局的影响

Influence of Labor Nursing Intervention on Head Presentation Dystocia and Delivery Outcome

目的探讨产程护理干预对头位难产分娩结局的影响。方法选择在黑龙江省大庆市红岗区人民医院妇产科就诊的66例头位难产的产妇作为本次研究的对象,对照组产妇实施常规护理,观察组产妇在对照组的基础上进行产程护理干预。观察两组产妇的分娩方式,记录第二产程时间,比较两组产妇的新生儿窒息发生率。结果对照组第二产程的时间长于观察组(t=3.241 1,P=0.001 1),观察组的自然分娩率高于对照组(χ2=3.882 4,P=0.048 8),观察组的新生儿窒息率低于对照组(χ2=3.995 2,P=0.045 6)。结论产程护理干预可以提高自然分娩率,降低剖宫产率及新生儿窒息的发生率。

Objective To investigate the influence of labor nursing intervention on the head presentation dystocia and delivery outcome.Methods In obstetrics and gynecology clinic,Honggang District People's Hospital of Daqing City of Heilongjiang,66cases of head dystocia of women as the research object.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group on the basis of the control group was given the birth process nursing intervention.Mode of delivery of the two groups were observed and recorded during the second stage of labor time,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia of two groups were compared.Results In the control group,the second stage of labor time was significantly longer than the observation group(t=3.2411,P=0.0011),natural birth rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(χ2=3.8824,P=0.0488),the observation group of neonatal asphyxia rate was significantly lower than the control group(χ2=3.9952,P=0.0456).Conclusion Labor nursing intervention can improve the rate of natural childbirth,reduce the rate of cesarean section and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia.
