摘要
目的调查本科及大专护生在临床实习后期的压力源及其压力水平,并对进行比较。方法以"实习护生压力源量表"为工具,以方便方便抽样方法选取100名临床实习后期的护生进行调查。结果本科、大专护生在临床实习后期处于前10位的压力源大致相同,尤其前5位完全一致。护生在临床实习后期经历的6大方面的压力源,除了"患者的情况"外,其他方面的压力源均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本科护生在临床实习后期的总压力源为中等水平的压力,大专护生为低水平的压力。结论护生在临床实习后期面临不同来源、不同程度的压力,临床带教老师应针对实习后期主要的压力源,制定及采取相应措施,帮助护生顺利渡过实习期,协助护生顺利完成角色转换,走上工作岗位。
Objective To investigate the stressors and stress levels of undergraduate and college nursing students at the later stage of clinical practice,and the two groups were compared.Methods With the“practice nurse resource stress scale”as a tool,100nursing students in the later stage of clinical practice were selected by convenient sampling method.Results Undergraduate and junior nursing students had similar stressors in the top10positions in clinical practice.Especially the first5were in perfect agreement.In addition to the patient's condition,nursing students experience stressors in6major areas during the latter part of their internship,other stressors were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total stressors of undergraduate nursing students in the later stage of clinical practice were moderate levels of stress,while those of junior college nursing students were under low levels of pressure.Conclusion In the later stage of clinical practice,student nurses are faced with different sources and extents of stress.Clinical teachers are expected to take appropriate countermeasures against the primary stressors in the later practice stage,so as to help the student nurses complete clinical practice and role transition smoothly before starting the professional career.
