综合性护理对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后治疗依从性的影响

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on the Compliance of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的探讨综合性护理对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后治疗依从性的影响。方法将128例鼻窦炎术后出院患者随机分为两组,各64例。对照组只接受术后常规教育,观察组采取详细的综合性护理计划:心理指导,健康宣教,建立术后随访微信群,建立电话回访制度。比较两组患者术后治疗依从性的情况。结果观察组患者术后治疗依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论制定详细的综合性护理计划是提高鼻窦炎术后患者治疗依从性的有效措施。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the treatment of chronic sinusitis after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods128patients with postoperative sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups with64cases in each group,the control group was taken postoperative routine education only,the test group was taken a detailed comprehensive care plan:psychological guidance,health education,the establishment of postoperative follow Micro-credit group,the establishment of telephone return system.The postoperative compliance of the two groups was compared.Results The follow-up degree of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion The development of detailed comprehensive nursing plan is an effective measure to improve the compliance of patients after sinusitis.
