摘要
目的研究肿瘤患者PICC置管护理中应用健康教育卡的临床效果。方法选择2016年3月—2017年3月我院收治的肿瘤患者62例,分为两组,对照组行常规健康教育,研究组则应用健康教育卡护理,对比两组护理的效果。结果研究组护理以后非计划拔管发生率、ESCA各项评分优于对照组,组间对比,P<0.05。结论肿瘤患者PICC置管护理中应用健康教育卡的临床效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of health education card in PICC nursing care of cancer patients.Methods62cases of cancer patients in our hospital from March2016to March2017were selected.The patients were divided into two groups,and the control group was treated with routine health education.The study group was treated with a health education card.The effect of two groups of nursing was compared.Results The incidence of unplanned extubation was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of health education card in patients with PICC catheterization is significant and can be generalized.
