基于DEMATEL方法的我国研究生培养质量的关键影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 我国研究生的教育规模扩张迅速,研究生的培养质量问题逐渐成为社会各界关注的焦点。影响研究生培养质量形成的因素众多,且各影响因素间存在错综复杂的相互关系,难以确定关键因素,这给有效提高研究生培养质量的工作带来一定困难。针对上述问题,该文结合DEMATEL方法,从研究生自身、导师、国家、社会、学校五个维度界定了22个研究生培养质量影响因素,构建了影响因素指标体系,对各影响因素间相互关系进行系统分析,根据各影响因素的中心度得到培养质量的关键影响因素,并针对分析结果提出相应的培养质量提升对策与建议。 With the postgraduate education scale expansion rapidly in our country,the problem of quality becomes oneof social focus.The quality of graduate education is influenced by many factors which have the complex relationship between each pair of the factors,so it is difficult to determine which the key influencing factor is.In order to improve and guarantee the quality of postgraduate education in our country,five dimensions are established that consist of graduate students,school,society,country and mentor,which contain the22factors.Thedirector influencing relationship is analyzed and the comprehensives influence degrees among the factors are revealed by DEMATEL method.The key influencing factors are got based on their comprehensives influence degrees.Finally some advices have put forward to improve graduate education’s quality.
