胰腺癌根治术患者临床病理特征对预后的影响回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis of clinical pathological features of patients with radical resection of pancreatic cancer

目的探讨胰腺癌根治术患者临床病理特征对预后的影响。方法收集行胰腺癌根治术治疗的43例胰腺癌患者临床资料,分析患者临床病理特征及预后。结果截止2013年12月31日,31例患者死亡,12例生存,术后1年生存人数28例、术后3年生存人数14例,生存率分别为65.12%、32.56%;中位无瘤生存期为8.2个月,中位生存期为18.0个月;单因素分析,患者性别与年龄与患者预后无关,癌细胞分化程度、肿瘤最大直径、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移与患者预后有关(P<0.05);Cox’s多因素分析,患者癌细胞分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移是影响到患者预后的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论癌细胞分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移程度与胰腺癌根治术患者预后关系密切,可对预后形成影响。

Objective To investigate the clinical pathological characteristics of patients with radical resection of pancreatic cancer.MethodsThe clinical data of43patients with pancreatic cancer treated with radical resection of pancreatic cancer were collected.Results By the end of December31,2016,31patients died,12cases survived,14cases of3year survival number of28cases,1year survival number of postoperative postoperativesurvival rates were65.12%,32.56%;the median disease-free survival was8.2months,median survival was18months;the single factor analysis.Patient sex and age with the prognosis of the patients,cancer cell differentiation degree,tumor diameter,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,distantmetastasis and prognosis of the patients(P<0.05);multi factor analysis of Cox's,the degree of differentiation,cancer TNM staging,lymphnode metastasis is the independent influencing factors affect patients the prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The degree of differentiation,TNM stageand lymph node metastasis are closely related to the prognosis of patients with radical resection of pancreatic cancer.
