目的针对本院肝移植患者门诊抗排异治疗的管理情况,在确保医疗质量的前提下,落实上海市慢性病及医保总额预付制政策。方法回顾分析28例上海市医保肝移植患者5年门诊就诊记录、收费项目、门诊用药和治疗等情况。结果当前本院肝移植患者抗排异费用管理仍然存在一定问题,相关管理部门需积极采取有效干预措施。结论肝移植术后抗排异费用昂贵,给患者及家庭造成了一定经济负担,采取各种有效干预措施后不仅能提高医院的管理水平,降低医疗费用,还为每位移植患者找到更有效治疗方案。

Objective In view of the hospital management of outpatient anti-rejection therapy in patients with liver transplantation,on the premiseof ensuring medical quality,to carry out the total amount of chronic diseases and health care in Shanghai system policy in advance.Methods Areview of28cases of patients with health care liver transplant in Shanghai was reviewed in the past five years.Results There are still some problemsin the management of anti-rejection cost in patients with liver transplantation in our hospital,and the relevant management departments need totake effective intervention measures.Conclusion Anti rejection after liver transplantation is expensive,caused a certain economic burden to the patientand family,take various effective intervention measures can not only improve the management level of hospital,after reducing health care costs,and find more effective treatments for each transplant patients.
