阴道炎的常见发病类型及其常见病原体的分布状况

Vaginitis of common disease types and the distribution of common pathogens

目的了解本院就诊患者分泌物中常见病原体的分布状况,为阴道炎的防治工作提供可靠的依据。方法收集本院妇产科在2015年3月~2016年3月期间初诊为阴道炎患者的资料,利用统计学方法,对本地区阴道炎的常见发病类型、病原体的分布进行统计和分析。结果本地区常见的阴道炎类型主要为细菌性阴道炎,霉菌性阴道炎,滴虫性阴道炎;细菌培养出主要的病原菌有:白色念珠菌398人次,占58.27%;金黄色葡萄球菌60人次,占8.78%;无乳链球菌53人次,占7.76%;其它病原菌172人次,占25.18%。支原体培养结果示:解脲脲原体(Uu)306例,人型支原体(Mh)32例,Uu和Mh 49例,Uu或Mh 8例。结论本地区阴道炎的常见发病类型为细菌性阴道炎和真菌性阴道炎,常见病原体以解脲脲原体和白色念珠菌为主,其次是金黄色葡萄球菌、近平滑念珠菌和无乳链球菌。

Objective To study the distribution of common pathogens in secretions of hospital patients,and to provide a reliable basis for preventionand treatment of vaginitis.Methods The data of vaginitis were collected from March,2015to March,2016.The incidence of vaginitis and thedistribution of pathogens were statistically analyzed and analyzed by statistical methods.Results The main bacterial pathogens were Candida albicans(398),58.27%,Staphylococcus aureus(60),Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus aureus.,Accounting for8.78%;Streptococcus agalactiae53times,accounting for7.76%;172other pathogens,accounting for25.18%.Mycoplasma cultureresults showed:Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)306cases,32cases of Mycoplasma hominis(Mh),Uu and Mh49cases,Uu or Mh8cases.ConclusionThe common types of vaginitis in this region are bacterial vaginitis and fungal vaginitis.Common pathogens include Ureaplasma urealyticumand Candida albicans,followed by Staphylococcus aureus,Candida parapsilosis and Streptococcus agalactiae
