周围性面瘫55例分期针灸治疗临床疗效观察

Effective observation on treating 55 cases of peripheral facial paralysis by staged acupuncture

目的:探讨周围性面瘫55例分期针灸治疗临床疗效观察。方法:将2016年3月-2017年3月在我院针灸科治疗的55例周围性面瘫患者随机分为两组,对照组25例给予常规西医治疗,观察组30例给予分期针灸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、观察组不同时期的临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90%,较对照组的72%明显升高,两组间差异明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗后面神经麻痹评分明显低于对照组,两组间有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组急性期、静止期、恢复期的总有效率均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:分期针灸治疗周围性面瘫总体疗效优于西医治疗,急性期及静止期治疗效果更佳,恢复期治疗效果一般,临床应根据病变分期分而治之,以促进面神经麻痹症状的快速改善。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of staged acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:55cases ofperipheral facial paralysis treated in our hospital from March2016to March2017were randomly divided into two groups,25cases in thecontrol group received routine western medicine treatment while30cases in the observation group received staged acupuncture treatment,the clinical effect of different stages in two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation groupwas90%,significantly higher than72%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scoreof facial nerve paralysis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The efficiency of the acute phase,stationary phase,recovery period in the observation group was different;thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall effect of staged acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis was better than western medicine treatment,showed better effect in acute phase and stationary phase,but the effect in the recoveryperiod was just so so,the clinical treatment should be based on the clinical pathological stage in order to promote the rapid improvementand relieve the symptoms of facial paralysis.
