芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤加减联合西医治疗DPN的疗效研究

Efficacy of the Shaoyao Gancao decoction plus the Taohong Siwu decoction and western medicine on DPN

目的:观察研究芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤加减联合西医治疗DPN(糖尿病周围神经病变)患者的疗效。方法:对在本院接受治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变患者进行研究分析,共选择2016年3月-2017年2月的60例患者,并通过随机数字抽取表法将其分为两组,各30例,其中对照组采用血糖控制和西医治疗,治疗组则在此基础上增加芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤加减治疗,对照分析两组治疗后症状体征改善情况。结果:与对照组患者治疗总有效率80.00%相比,观察组患者治疗总有效率96.67%明显更高,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用芍药甘草汤合桃红四物汤加减联合西医治疗利于保证治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,应用价值较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Shaoyao Gancao decoction and the Taohong Siwu decoction combinedwith western medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:60cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathypatients treated in our hospital from March2016to February2017were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with30casesin each group,the control group received blood glucose control and western medicine treatment while the treatment group received theShaoyao Gancao decoction and the Taohong Siwu decoction combined with western medicine,the symptom improvement in two groupswas comparatively analyzed.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was96.76%,which was significantly higher than thatin the control group,80.00%,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shaoyao Gancao decoction and theTaohong Siwu decoction combined with western medicine could guarantee the treatment effect and relieve the patients clinical symptomsin the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,it was of higher application value.
