耳穴压豆中医护理在高血压病患者中的应用效果观察

Effective observation on treating hypertension by ear acupoint sticking nursing

目的:观察耳穴压豆中医护理在高血压病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年4月-2016年12月我院综合内科收治的136例符合标准高血压的患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各68例。对照组给予中医护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用耳穴压豆疗法,治疗15d为后观察两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95.58%,明显高于对照组治疗总有效率79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者舒张压和收缩压均明显下降,与治疗前对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组与对照组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆中医护理在高血压病患者中的应用效果理想,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of ear acupoint sticking nursing on hypertension.Methods:136cases were selected asresearch subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given TCM nursing;theobservation group received ear acupoint sticking nursing more;the clinical efficacy in two groups was observed15days after treatment.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was95.58%,was significantly higher than79.41%in the control group(P<0.05);Thediastolic and systolic blood pressure in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The difference in two groups between beforeand after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing plus ear acupoint sticking nursing had ideal applicationeffects on hypertension,and was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
