关节镜有限清理配合独活寄生汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation on treating knee osteoarthritis by limited clean-up arthroscopy plus the Duhuo Jisheng decoction

目的:探讨关节镜有限清理配合独活寄生汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2012年3月-2015年3月收治风寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎患者78例。随机分为两组,对照组38例采用关节镜下有限清理手术治疗;治疗组40例在对照组的基础上配合术后口服独活寄生汤。结果:所有患者均得到随访。治疗后1周、3个月、12个月随访时两组患者Lysholm’s膝关节评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.01);且治疗组膝关节评分较对照组后期同时段升高更显著(P<0.01)。结论:关节镜下有限清理手术配合独活寄生汤治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可提高临床疗效,微创、安全,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of limited clean-up arthroscopy plus the Duhuo Jisheng decoction on kneeosteoarthritis.Methods:78patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups.38cases in the control group received limited cleanuparthroscopy;40cases in the treatment group received limited clean-up arthroscopy plus the Duhuo Jisheng decoction.Results:All patientswere followed up,Lysholm’s score in groups were increased than before(P<0.01)following up1week,3months and12months;the score inthe treatment group was increased more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Limited clean-up arthroscopy plus theDuhuo Jisheng decoction can improve efficacy,with minimally trauma and safe,is worthy of promotion and application.
