雷火灸结合三伏贴治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of the Leihuo moxibustion plus Sanfu paste on knee osteoarthritis of the Yangxu Hanning type

目的:观察雷火灸结合三伏贴治疗阳虚寒凝型膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:80例患者均来自江苏省镇江市针灸科门诊,随机分为两组,分别为治疗组40例(雷火灸结合三伏贴),对照组40例(三伏贴组),观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:雷火灸结合三伏贴治疗具有确切疗效,治疗组总有效率为85%,明显高于对照组的67.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:雷火灸结合三伏贴治疗阳虚寒凝型膝关节炎是一种有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Leihuo moxibustion combined with Sanfu Paste in treating kneeosteoarthritis of Yang deficiency cold coagulation syndrome.Methods:80cases of knee osteoarthritis patients from Zhenjiang hospital ofTCM were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,with40cases in each group.The control group was treated withSanfu Paste,while the treatment group was intervened by the Leihuo moxibustion combined with Sanfu Paste.Results:The total effectiverate was85%in the treatment group,which was significant higher than that of the control group,67.5%,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Leihuo moxibustion combined with Sanfu Paste on knee osteoarthritis of the Yangxu Hanning typecould effectively enhance effect,and it was worthy of clinical promotion.
