社区肺炎支原体致上呼吸道感染流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis of upper respiratory tract infection caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae in community

目的:探究社区肺炎支原体致上呼吸道感染的流行病学结果,为临床提供指导。方法:以2973例社区肺炎支原体致上呼吸道感染患者(2015年12月20日-2016年12月20日)作为本次研究的观察对象,对2973例社区肺炎支原体致上呼吸道感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中肺炎支原体阴性患者2667例,肺炎支原体阳性患者306例,统计分析不同发病季节、不同年龄及不同性别患者的肺炎支原体感染情况。结果:冬季患者MP感染率为41.18%,显著高于其他季节,P<0.05;肺炎支原体感染的主要患病人群为儿童,且以4~10岁儿童最为常见,其中>14岁人群MP感染率为3.27%,显著低于其他年龄段患者,P<0.05;男性患者肺炎支原体感染率为52.94%,和女性患者(47.06%)无显著区别,P>0.05。结论:肺炎支原体致上呼吸道感染全年均有发生,但以冬季患病率最高,且可发生于任何年龄段,但以4~10岁儿童最为常见。

Objective:To investigate the epidemiology of upper respiratory tract infection caused by mycoplasma pneumoniaein the community,and provide guidance for the clinical practice.Methods:2973cases due to mycoplasma pneumoniae(December20,2015to December20,2016)were selected as the research subjects of observation,the clinical data of2973cases caused by mycoplasmapneumonia community were analyzed retrospectively,which included2667cases of mycoplasma pneumonia negative patients and306cases of mycoplasma positive patients;different occurring seasons,the situation of different ages and gender of patients with mycoplasmapneumoniae infection were statistically analyzed.Results:The patients MP infection rate in winter was41.18%,significantly higherthan that in other seasons,P<0.05;The main population of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was children;and the majority of childrenare4~10years old,the MP infection rate of people above14years old was3.27%,significantly lower than that others,P<0.05;the MPinfection rate of male patients was52.94%,not significantly different with the female patients,47.06%,P>0.05.Conclusion:Mycoplasmapneumoniae caused upper respiratory tract infections all year round,but the highest prevalence was in winter and it could occur at any age,but4~10years old children were the most common.
