四肢骨折经续断接骨汤治疗的临床探讨

The clinical study of the Xuduan Jiegu decoction on limbs fracture

目的:探讨四肢骨折经续断接骨汤治疗的临床效果。方法:在医院2015年7月-2016年12月诊治的四肢骨折患者中抽取76例作为研究对象,并应用随机抽签法分组,治疗组(n=38)应用续断接骨汤,对照组(n=38)口服七厘片,对比两组患者的治疗效果、临床症状消失时间以骨折愈合时间。结果:(1)治疗组治疗总有效率是97.37%,高于对照组的84.21%(P<0.05);(2)治疗组患者的患肢肿胀消失时间、疼痛消失时间、住院时间,均短于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论:四肢骨折经续断接骨汤治疗的临床效果满意,可快速消除其骨折部位疼痛、肿胀等症状,并加速其骨折愈合进程,值得借鉴。

Objective:To explore the clinical effects of the Xuduan Jiegu decoction on limbs fracture.Methods:76cases wereselected as the research subjects and divided into two groups by applying the method of random table.The treatment group(n=38)received the Xuduan Jiegu decoction;the control group(n=38)received oral Qili tablet.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptomsdisappearing time and the fracture healing time in groups were compared.Results:(1)The efficiency in the treatment group was97.37%,and higher than84.21%in the control group(P<0.05);(2)The limb swelling disappearing time,the pain disappearing time and the lengthof hospital stay in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Xuduan Jiegu decoction hadsatisfactory clinical effects on limbs fracture,can quickly relieve the injury symptoms such as pain and swelling,accelerate the fracturehealing process,is worthy of reference.
