柴胡疏肝散对下肢慢性静脉功能不全炎症反应的影响

Efficacy of Chaihu Shugan San on lower extremity chronic venous insufficiency inflammatory response

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全的临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法:将所有患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,各40例。治疗组口服柴胡疏肝散汤剂,对照组口服地奥司明,疗程均为2周。比较两组患者治疗前后VCSS评分、静脉血中IL-6、TNF-α含量。结果:两组治疗后VCSS评分均明显降低(P<0.05);两组患者血清TNF-α、IL-6水平均明显降低(P<0.05);两组临床症状均有所改善(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散能改善CVI患者的临床症状。

Objective:To observe efficacy of Chaihu Shugan San on lower extremity chronic venous insufficiency inflammatoryresponse.Methods:All pateints were divided into2groups,40cases for each.The treament group was given the Chaihu Shugan San;andthe control group was given Diosmin,2weeks as a course.After treatment,VCSS score and IL-6and TNF-αlevels of venous blood in2groups were compared.Results:After treatment,VCSS score,IL-6and TNF-αlevels of venous blood were obviously decreased in2groups(P<0.05).Clinical symptoms in2groups were improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan San can improve the clinical symptoms ofchronic venous insufficiency patients.
