中西医结合治疗阿弗他溃疡的临床研究

Clinical observation on treating RAU in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选择RAU患者95例,随机数字表法分为研究组(n=47)和对照组(n=48)。对照组采用地喹氯铵含片(0.25mg,含服,qid)治疗10d,转移因子胶囊(6mg,口服,tid)治疗4周。研究组在西药治疗的基础上加用白芍总苷胶囊(0.6g,口服,tid)和石辛含片(2片,含服,tid)治疗4周。每周采用数字分级法(NRS)评估疼痛程度,并对溃疡体征进行评分,随访1年了解复发情况。结果:(1)治疗后两组NRS评分逐渐降低,F=243.092,P=0.000,且研究组的NRS评分又低于对照组,F=35.855,P=0.000。(2)治疗后研究组和对照组溃疡体征评分分别是(0.56±0.18)分和(1.35±0.54)分,Z=-2.0250,P=0.024。(3)研究组痊愈、有效和无效率分别是74.47%、21.28%和4.25%,对照组分别是54.175%、27.08%和18.75%,Z=-2.290,P=0.022。(4)研究组和对照组痊愈患者的1年复发率分别是37.1%和69.2%,χ~2=6.188,P=0.013。结论:中西医结合治疗RAU对局部症状体征的改善优于单纯西药治疗,且可延迟复发。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on RAU.Methods:95patients with RAU wererandomly divided into the study group of47cases and control group of48cases.The control group was treated with quizoline chloridetablets and transfer factor capsules.The study group took the Baishao Zonggan capsules and Shixin Hanpian plus western medicine.Results:The NRS scores in two groups were decreased gradually after treatment,F=243.092,P=0.000,and those in the study group waslower,F=35.855,P=0.000.The scores of ulcer signs in the study group and the control group were(0.56±0.18)and(1.35±0.54),Z=-2.0250and P=0.024,respectively.The recovery,effective and inefficiency were74.47%,21.28%and4.25%,respectively in the studygroup.Those in the control group was54.175%,27.08%and18.75%,Z=-2.290and P=0.022,respectively.The recurrence rates were37.1%and69.2%in the study group and the control group,respectively,χ2=6.188,P=0.013.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on RAUwas better than western medicine alone.
