茵陈五苓散结合柴胡疏肝散加减治疗黄疸型肝炎的肝功能指标变化观察

Observation on treating hepatitis with jaundice hepatitis with Yinchen Wuling San plus Chaihu Shugan San

目的:探讨分析采用茵陈五苓散结合柴胡舒肝散加减治疗黄疸型肝炎的肝功能指标变化。方法:本次选取我院2014-2015年收治的黄疸型肝炎患者80例,根据数字随机法将患者分为两组,每组40例,对照组给予保肝治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上给予茵陈五苓散结合柴胡舒肝散加减治疗,观察比较两组治疗前后肝功能指标及疗效评价。结果:治疗前两组肝功能指标无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后两组肝功能均有所改善,观察组患者肝功能指标均明显优于对照组,总有效率明显高于对照组,P均<0.05。结论:在常规治疗黄疸型肝炎的基础上给予茵陈五苓散结合柴胡舒肝散可有效改善患者肝功能临床观察指标,并提高临床治疗效果,值得在临床中应用。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of Yinchen Wuling San plus Chaihu Shugan San on jaundice hepatitis.Methods:80patients were divided into two groups,40patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with hepatoprotective;and the controlgroup was treated by routine therapy,Yinchen Wuling San plus Chaihu Shugan San.Results:There was no significant difference in liverfunction between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The liver function in two groups was improved after treatment;and the liverfunction indexes in the observation group were significantly better than the control group.The total efficiency was significantly higherthan the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Routine treatment,Chenchen Wuling San and Chaihu Shugan San on jaundice hepatitis wereeffective,by effectively improving liver function,is worthy of clinical application.
