益气化瘀颗粒治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证100例临床硏究

Treating 100 cases of chronic systolic heart failure with the Yiqi Huayu granule

目的:评价益气化瘀颗粒对慢性收缩性心力衰竭气虚血瘀证的治疗效果。方法:随机将200例慢性收缩性心力衰竭分为两组,分别采用安慰剂治疗与益气化瘀颗粒治疗。结果:经治疗,心脏功能Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级及Ⅲ级比例上,两组差异性显著;观察组气血症候改善程度优于对照组;观察组总有效率为96.91%,高于对照组的68.13%(P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀颗粒用于治疗慢性收缩性心力衰竭疗效好、安全性高。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the Yiqi Huayu granule on chronic systolic heart failure.Methods:200cases were randomly divided into two groups,respectively,by the placebo and the Yiqi Huayu granule.Results:The efficiency was96.91%,higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Huayu granule is better at treating chronic systolic heart failure.
