活血化瘀方联合阿立哌唑治疗糖尿病并精神分裂的临床效果及安全性分析

The efficacy and safety analysis of the Huoxue Huayu recipe plus aripiprazole on diabetes and schizophrenia

目的:观察活血化瘀方联合阿立哌唑治疗尿病并精神分裂的临床效果及安全性。方法:选择106例伴糖尿病的精神分裂症患者,随机分成两组,每组各53例,对照组采用阿立哌唑治疗,试验组患者采用活血化瘀方联合阿立哌唑治疗治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后试验组各HbA1c、FBG及2hPBG均优于对照组(P<0.05);同时试验组患者治疗总有效率优于对照组(86.79%、71.70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组不良反应发生率也低于对照组。结论:活血化瘀方联合西药阿立哌唑治疗伴糖尿病的精神分裂症患者效果显著,且具有良好的安全性。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the Huoxue Huayu recipe plus aripiprazole on diabetes and schizophrenia.Methods:106cases were randomly divided into two groups,53cases in each.The control group was treated with aripiprazole;theexperimental group was treated with the Huoxue Huayu recipe more.Results:The HbA1c,FBG and2hPBG were better in the experimentalgroup(P<0.05);the total efficiency was86.79%in the experimental group,and higher than71.70%in the control group,with statisticaldifferences(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions is lower in the experimental group.Conclusion:The Huoxue Huayu decoction plusaripiprazole on schizophrenics with diabetes shows a significant effect,is safety.
