中医对肺炎的辨证治疗功效研究

Treating pneumonia in TCM based on syndrome differentiation

目的:研究中医对肺炎的辨证治疗功效。方法:在2015年4月-2016年4月期间,于我院选取81例肺炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组40例与实验组41例。对照组实施西医疗法,实验组实施中医辨证治疗。将两组患者的疗效与症状改善时间进行对比。结果:实验组总有效率(92.68%)显著高于对照组(72.50%),组间差异明显(χ~2=5.77,P<0.05),并具统计学意义;实验组患者的临床症状改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗对肺炎具有较好的治疗功效,该疗法还能将患者的症状改善时间有效缩短,其临床价值极高,值得广泛应用。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of TCM therapy based on syndrome differentiation on pneumonia.Methods:81patientswere divided into2groups.40cases in the control group were given western medicine;41cases in the experimental group were givenTCM therapy based on syndrome differentiation.Results:The total efficiency was92.68%in the experimental group,higher than72.50%in the control group(χ2=5.77,P<0.05).The clinical symptoms in the experimental group were better(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM based onsyndrome differentiation on pneumonia show a good effect,can significantly improve clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
