中医综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎120例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 120 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation by the TCM comprehensive therapy

目的:观察中医综合疗法中药内服、针灸、推拿治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法:将慢性盆腔炎患者250例按1∶1比例随机分为治疗组和对照组,观察两组疗效并进行比较。结果:两组总有效率及半年复发率比较,均P<0.01。结论:治疗组疗效优于对照组。

Objective:To observe the effect of TCM comprehensive therapy such as TCM oral administration,acupuncture andmassage therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:250cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory were randomly dividedinto the treatment group and control group according to1∶1ratio.Results:The difference of the total effective rate and recurrence ratebetween the two groups were differences,all P<0.01.Conclusion:The clinical efficauy in the treatment group is better than the controlgroup.
