肩关节周围炎中医外治疗法

TCM external treatment for shoulder peripheral inflammation

目的:探讨中医外治疗法对肩关节周围炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2013年1月-2014年1月在我院采取小针刀术治疗的56例肩周炎患者作为小针刀组,同时选取采取中药口服治疗的46例肩周炎患者作为中药组,并比较两组患者临床治疗效果和治疗后疼痛评分。结果:治疗1个月后,小针刀组患者临床治疗总有效率为94.6%,中药组患者临床治疗总有效率为80.4%,两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);小针刀组患者治疗后疼痛VAS评分明显优于中药组(P<0.05)。结论:与中药口服治疗相比较,小针刀术在治疗肩关节周围炎方面临床效果较好,该方法值得推广应用。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of TCM external treatment for shoulder peripheral inflammation.Methods:56patients were selected as the small needle knife group.46patients were selected as TCM medicine group.Results:After1month oftreatment,the total efficiency was94.6%in the small needle knife group,better than80.4%in the TCM medicine group,P<0.05.The VASscore in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the TCM medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with oral TCMmedicine treatment,small needle knife surgery in the treatment for shoulder arthritis is better.
