摘要
目的:观察中药内外同治治疗青春期痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例采用中药面膜倒膜联合中药内服治疗,对照组40例予异维A酸口服联合创福康胶原贴敷料治疗,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组、对照组有效率分别为82.50%和65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内外同治法治疗青春期痤疮有良好的效果。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of TCM treatment on adolescent acne.Methods:80patients were randomly dividedinto two groups.40patients in the treatment group were treated with TCM medicine mask and membrane.40cases in the control groupwere treated with isoflazuril plus the Fukang collagen dressing for4weeks.Results:The effective rates were82.50%and65.00%in thetreatment group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM on adolescent acne has a goodtherapeutic effect.
