祛斑增白茶治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑临床疗效观察

Efficacy of the Quban Zengbai tea on chloasma of the Qizhi Xueyu type

目的:研究祛斑增白茶治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选择就诊的60例气滞血瘀型黄褐斑患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予我院祛斑增白茶,治疗12周后观察两组总体疗效。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率为86.7%,显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论:祛斑增白茶治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑效果显著,临床应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Quban Zengbai tea on chloasma of the Qizhi Xueyu type.Methods:60patientswere divided into2groups,30cases for each.The control group was given the conventional western medicine;and the treatment groupwas given the Quban Zengbai tea.In12weeks,efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency was86.7%in theobservation group,and significant higher than70.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Quban Zengbai tea on chloasma of theQizhi Xueyu type shows a good effect.
