上海长风社区老年人健康体检结果及中医体质分布特点分析

The physical examination results of the elderly in Shanghai Changfeng community and the distribution of TCM constitution

目的:通过分析上海长风社区老年人的健康体检结果及中医体质辨识资料,了解老年人的健康状况及中医体质分布特点。方法:选择在2015年上海长风社区卫生服务中心进行健康体检的社区老年人的体检资料1000份,运用中医体质辨识表对体检者进行中医体质辨识,应用SPSS 14.0统计软件对体检结果及中医体质辨识资料进行统计分析。结果:体检人群血压、空腹血糖、血脂、心电图异常结果检出率高。体检人群中慢性病患病率居于前三位的分别是高血压、心脏病、高脂血症。体检人群中居于前五位的偏颇体质类型分别是阴虚质、痰湿质、气虚质、湿热质、血瘀质,平和质比例最低。湿热质、血瘀质男性较女性多见,气郁质女性较男性多见。结论:社区老年人慢性病患病率高,偏颇体质比例高,加强社区老年人的健康管理对慢性病的防控有积极意义。发挥中医药"治未病"特色,改善偏颇体质,做到"未病先防,既病防变"。

Objective:To analyze the health status of the elderly in Shanghai changfeng community and the identification of TCMconstitution,and to understand the health status of the elderly and the distribution of the constitution.Methods:A total of1000physicalexamination data were selected in2015.Results:The detected rate of blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,blood lipid and ECG were high.Physical examination of the prevalence of chronic diseases among the top three were high blood pressure,heart disease,hyperlipidemia.Physical examination of the population living in the top five biased physical types are Yin deficiency,phlegm,Qi deficiency,damp heat,blood stasis.The lowest proportion was flat quality.Hot and humid,blood stasis male more common than women,Qi stagnation of womenmore common than men.Conclusion:The prevalence of chronic diseases in the community is high and the proportion of partial physicalconstitution is high.
