百令胶囊对COPD稳定期患者免疫功能的影响

Efficacy of the Bailing capsule on immune function in patients with COPD

目的:探讨百令胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者98例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组采用噻托溴铵吸入剂治疗,观察组在对照组患者的基础上采用百令胶囊治疗。结果:观察组患者治疗后症状总积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者外周血Th17,Th17/Treg水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊有助于改善COPD稳定期患者免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Bailing capsule on immune function in patients with COPD.Methods:98patientswere divided into2groups.The control group was given Tiotropium inhalants;the observation group was given the Bailing capsule more.Results:The total score of symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels ofTh17and Th17/Treg of the peripheral blood in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bailing capsule on immune function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve immune function,and is worthy of promotion.
