分析中医补气活血法在冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者治疗中的应用

Treating coronary heart disease patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia in TCM

目的:探讨中医补气活血法治疗冠心病无症状心肌缺血的实际价值,以期为临床治疗该疾病提供参考信息。方法:选取本辖区2014年6月-2016年10月收治的70例冠心病无症状心肌缺血患者进行分组研究,结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组,对照组行西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医补气活血法。结果:治疗后,两组ST段压低次数和持续时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组的治疗有效率是91.4%,对照组的治疗有效率是71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医补气活血法治疗冠心病无症状心肌缺血的价值显著,可推广。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Buqi Huoxue therapy on coronary heart disease patients with asymptomaticmyocardial ischemia.Methods:70patients were divided into two groups.The control group received routine western medicine;andthe observation group was treated by the Buqi Huoxue therapy more.Results:After treatment,ST segment depression in frequency andduration in two groups shows a significant difference(P<0.01).In the observation group,the total efficiency is91.4%,and71.4%in thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buqi Huoxue therapy on coronary heart disease patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemiashows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
