不同剂型茵栀黄在新生儿黄疸治疗中的临床疗效及经济性研究

Clinical efficacy and economic study on different dosage forms of Yinzhihuang on neonatal jaundice

目的:研究分析不同剂型茵栀黄在新生儿黄疸治疗中的临床疗效及经济性。方法:回顾性分析我院于2015年4月-2016年4月收治的80例新生儿黄疸的病例资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组中的40例新生儿黄疸进行茵栀黄注射治疗,观察组中的40例新生儿黄疸口服茵栀黄治疗,对比分析两组新生儿黄疸的临床疗效和治疗的经济性。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率(90.0%)和对照组(87.5%)比较,明显较高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。观察组患者治疗前后的胆红素水平进行比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。观察组和对照组治疗后的胆红素水平比较,P>0.05,无显著性差异。观察组患者的住院时间(3.02±1.02)d和对照组(5.63±2.36)d比较,明显较低;治疗总费用(1023.1±20.1)元和对照组的(1256.3±23.6)元比较,明显较低,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:新生儿黄恒采取茵栀黄注射剂和颗粒治疗有着相同的疗效,同时应用茵栀黄颗粒治疗经济性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study economic and clinical efficacy of different dosage forms Yinzhihuang on neonatal jaundice.Methods:80patients were divided into2groups,40cases for each.The control group was given the Yinzhihuang injection;and the observationgroup was given the oral tablets of Yinzhihuang.Efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency was90.0%in theobservation group,higher than87.5%in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of bilirubin betweenbefore and after treatment in the observation group(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between the observation group and thecontrol group in bilirubin level,P>0.05.The hospitalization time in the observation group was(3.02±1.02)days,which was significantlylower than(5.63±2.36)days in the control group;the total cost of treatment in the observation group was(1023.1±20.1),which wassignificantly lower than(1256.3±23.6)in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Yinzhihuang injection and granules on neonataljaundice show the same effect,but Yin Zhihuang particles have lower cost,and worthy of clinical application.
