慢性糜烂性胃炎行健脾清胃汤治疗的临床效果分析

A clinical analysis of treating chronic erosive gastritis with the Jianpi Qingwei decoction

目的:分析慢性糜烂性胃炎行健脾清胃汤治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾选取2015年7月-2016年7月于我院接受诊疗的90例慢性糜烂性胃炎患者临床资料,依据给药方式不同,分为对照组(40例)与研究组(50例),对照组行胶体果胶铋、兰索拉唑医治,研究组行健脾清胃汤医治,比对两组临床症状积分以及医治前后胃糜烂组织PGE2、MDA含量。结果:研究组反酸、上腹疼痛等临床症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05),医治前两组胃糜烂组织PGE2、MDA含量对比(P>0.05),医治后研究组胃糜烂组织PGE2、MDA含量优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性糜烂性胃炎患者行健脾清胃汤医治可改善临床症状与PGE2、MDA含量,并提高医治疗效,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the Jianpi Qingwei decoction on chronic erosive gastritis.Methods:90patientswere divided into the control group(40cases)and study group(50cases).The control group was treated with colloidal pectin bismuth andlansoprazole.The study group was treated with the Jianpi Qingwei decoction.Results:The scores of PGE2and MDA in the study groupwere significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of PGE2and MDA in the study group were significantly higherthan those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic erosive gastritis with the Jianpi Qingwei decoction canimprove the clinical symptoms and PGE2,MDA content.
