摘要
目的:分析急性胆囊炎应用龙胆泻肝汤治疗的临床效果。方法:回顾分析2015年4月-2016年4月于本院诊治的急性胆囊炎患者136例的资料,其中63例予常规西医治疗设对照组,73例在对照组基础上予龙胆泻肝汤设研究组,比较两组临床症状积分及血液分析。结果:研究组胃灼热、恶心、肩背疼痛及口苦症状积分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组中性粒细胞占百分比、白细胞计数降低幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性胆囊炎应用龙胆泻肝汤治疗可缓解患者临床症状,降低中性粒细胞所占比例,减少血中白细胞。
Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the Longdan Xiegan decoction on acute cholecystitis.Methods:136patients weredivided into2groups.63cases in the control group were given the conventional treatment;73cases in the study group were given the LongdanXiegan decoction more.Results:The scores of heartburn,nausea,shoulder pain and mouth pain in the study group were better.The percentage ofneutrophils in the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Longdan Xiegan decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the proportion of neutrophils and white blood cells.
