《灵枢》恢刺法治疗肩周炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating frozen shoulder by Huici from Lingshu

目的:观察《灵枢》十二刺中恢刺法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合条件的患者随机分为温针灸组、恢刺组,温针灸组采用针刺结合艾灸疗法,恢刺组采用恢刺手法,疗程为2次,观察患者治疗前后症状改善情况及临床有效率。结果:温针灸组临床总有效率为86%,恢刺组临床总有效率为98%,P<0.05。结论:《灵枢》恢刺法是有效治疗肩周炎的传统特色疗法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Huici from Lingshu on frozen shoulder.Methods:All patients were divided intothe warm acupuncture group and the Huici group.The warm acupuncture group was treated by acupuncture plus moxibustion;and the Huicigroup was given Huici therapy,2times as a course.Symptom improvement and clinical efficacy in two groups were observed.Results:Thetotal efficiency was86%in the warm acupuncture group,and98%in the Huici group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Huici from Lingshu on frozenshoulder shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
