电针、隔姜灸联合治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating sudden deafness by electroacupuncture and moxibustion

目的:分析探讨电针、隔姜灸联合治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:选取151例突发性耳聋患者,由患者自主选择分为观察组(n=86)和对照组(n=65)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用常规联合电针、隔姜灸治疗。分析比较两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后的听阈值变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者的听阈值均显著降低,治疗2个疗程的听阈值小于治疗1个疗程后的值,观察组患者的平均听阈值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针、隔姜灸联西药合治疗突发性耳聋疗效显著,可大力推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of electroacupuncture and moxibustion on sudden deafness.Methods:151patients were divided into the observation group of86cases and control group of65cases.The control group was treated with conventionalwestern medicine.The observation group was treated by electroacupuncture and moxibustion more.Results:After treatment,the auditorythresholds in two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The auditory thresholds in2courses were lowerthan in1course,and that in the observation group was lower(P<0.05);the clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture,moxibustion with western medicine on sudden deafness was effective,and is worthy of promotion.
