摘要
乳腺癌是一种全身性疾病,是全身病变的局部反应,中医药治疗乳腺癌有着广泛的临床适应证,尤其在乳腺癌术后提高患者的免疫功能以及减轻患者放、化疗后的毒副作用等方面有着显著的优势。建立完善的中医辨证理论体系对于乳腺癌术后的治疗、转移与复发具有极其重要的临床意义和广泛的应用前景。本文从乳腺癌患者发病的机理,患者术后的中医治疗原则及治疗方法等方面进行综述。
Breast cancer is a systemic disease,and a local reaction of systemic disease.TCM medicine on treating breast cancerhas a wide range of clinical indications,especially in patients with breast cancer after surgery to improve the immune function and relieveside effects.The establishment of a perfect theoretical system of TCM syndrome differentiation has great clinical significance and wideapplication prospect for the treatment,metastasis and recurrence of breast cancer.The pathogenesis of breast cancer,TCM principles aftertreatment and methods were reviewed in this article.
