摘要
我国为胃癌高发区,目前胃癌患者约占全世界一半,早期胃癌预后良好,胃癌的早期发现和早治疗对提高胃癌的疗效并对降低患者死亡率有十分重要的意义。结合临床实践,现就早期胃癌的人群筛查、实验室诊断、放射学检查、内镜检查作一综述。
Gastric cancer showed high incidence in our country,and patients in China accounted for half of all patients in the world.Because of good prognosis from early diagnosis,early detection and early treatment were effective on reducing the mortality.With clinicalpractice,screening patients with early gastric cancer,laboratory diagnosis,radiological examination and endoscopy were reviewed in thepaper.
