摘要
依据折线预应力混凝土相关理论与箱梁仿真分析,得出折线张法预应力混凝土预压应力箱梁承载能力计算相关公式,从而为折线先张法预应力箱梁工程应用提供理论依据。通过对梁箱模型的建立与单元划分、参数设定与负载与规范条件等方面的方法对预应力混凝土箱梁仿真分析,再通过实验的方法对折线张法预应力混凝土箱梁正截面受弯承载力进行分析,从而获得折线张法预应力混凝土箱梁正截面受弯承载力、受剪承载力、以及开裂矩与抗裂验计算方法。结果表明,开裂弯矩实际检测值比计算的值更大,说明折线先张法预应力混凝土开裂弯矩可以根据混凝土结构设计有关公式进行核算,然后还具备一定的抗裂储备。
To analyze the broken line prestressed concrete box girder based on the related theory and simulation,draw theline of pre tensioned prestressed concrete compressive bearing capacity of box beam calculation formula,which provides atheoretical basis for folding irst-tensioned box girder engineering application.Methods:analysis of the prestressed concretebox girder by simulation method and unit division,set up parameters of the box girder model and load and standardconditions,and then through the experimental method of line tensioned prestressed concrete box beam flexural capacityanalysis,the flexural capacity,shear bearing capacity,cracking moment and crack resistance of the prestressed concrete boxgirder with broken line method are obtained.The results showed that the cracking moment of the detected value than thecalculated values,indicating the line of pretensioned prestressed concrete cracking moment according to the concretestructure design of the formula for accounting,and also has certain anti cracking reserve.
