随着经济社会的发展,文明程度进一步提高,文化遗产保护也被提升到新的高度。世界各个国家、地区都在充分了解自身资源禀赋的基础上推出了各具特色的保护措施,如制定严格的保护条例、明确文化作为城市复兴的第一推动力、引导社会力量参与、与现代科技紧密结合、打造特色节庆活动等。上海作为国家历史文化名城,近年来在文化遗产保护上取得了一定成果,但仍需吸取国际经验,从完善制度保护体系、建立科学保护机制、推行有效保护措施三大方面进行改进。

With the development of economy and society,thedegree of civilization has been further improved,and the protectionof cultural heritage has been raised to new heights.All countries andregions in the world are fully aware of their own resource endowments,and thenput forward distinctive protection measures,such as developstrict protection regulations,make culture as the first driving force ofurban revitalization,encourage the participation of social forces,closelycombined with modern technology,create special festivals and soon.Shanghai has become a national historical and cultural city,theprotection of cultural heritage has made some achievementsin recentyears,but still need to learn from international experience mainlyfrom three aspects,including establish the perfect system of protection,advancescientific protection mechanism and implement effectiveprotection measures.
