电致变色器件中聚丙烯酸酯类电解质的研究

摘要 利用分光光度计研究了不同的复合改性丙烯酸酯(紫外固化胶)的雾度和透光率等性质,确定了可适用于电致变色器件的聚丙烯酸酯类电解质基体。用电化学工作站测试恒定含量增塑剂条件下不同LiClO_4含量的聚丙烯酸酯类电解质的离子电导率,以此确定电解质的最佳配比参数。利用磁控溅射技术制备氧化钨和氧化镍薄膜导电玻璃,和电解质组装成电致变色器件(ECD),并测试了不同配比的电解质在相同电压下的变色时间、循环稳定性以及透光率变化等性质。结果表明,LiClO_4∶增塑剂碳酸丙烯酯∶紫外固化胶UV63.07(质量比)为0.246 3∶0.595 2∶2.008 9时,常温下聚丙烯酸酯类电解质的最大离子电导率可达9.06×10^(–4) S/cm。在100次着褪色循环后,光密度变化为0.392 7,可见光范围内的平均透光率变化为29.4%,且具有较好的稳定性,表现出优异的实际应用性能。 Haze and transmittance of different composite acrylates(UV curing adhesive)were measured by spectrophotometer to choose appropriate polyacrylate matrix used in electrochromic devices(ECD).Ionic conductivity of selected polyacrylate added with different contents LiClO4and constant content plasticizer were measured by electrochemical workstation to get the best matching proportion.The ECD were composed of WO3and NiO film conducting glass prepared by magnetron sputtering technology and electrolyte.The coloring time,cycling stability and transmittance of ECD were measured under the same voltage.The results show that when the mass ratio of LiClO4,plasticizer propylene carbonate(PC)and UV curing adhesive was about0.2463∶0.5952∶2.0089,the maximum ionic conductivity of electrolyte reach up to9.06×10-4S/cm at room temperature.Optical density change and average visible light transmittance change of the ECD can reach0.3927and29.4%respectively after100times cycles,and the ECD showes an excellent stability which demonstrates an outstanding actual application prospect.
