摘要
结合当前海洋装备的发展趋势,分析了海洋环境的特点,概述了国内外聚醚醚酮(PEEK)复合材料在海洋环境中的摩擦磨损研究及应用现状,着重介绍了PEEK与金属配副、PEEK与陶瓷配副、表面工程技术在PEEK作为关键摩擦副等在海洋环境下的摩擦学研究现状及发展趋势。
The characteristics of the marine environment was analyzed and the tribological behavior of the poly(ether-etherketone)(PEEK)composite material which as the key friction pair in the marine environment was also summarized.The friction and wear status of different tribological couples was emphatically introduced which including PEEK and metal,PEEK and ceramic,PEEK and high molecular materials.Finally,the application status and development trend of trends of PEEK composite materials in marine engineering assembly was discussed.The future progress of the application of the PEEK composites in marine environment is also prospected.
