审判中心诉讼制度改革是以审判活动为中心,以证据裁判原则为内容的刑事司法改革。审判中心诉讼制度改革倒逼侦查取证必须符合证据裁判原则的要求,改变了侦查机关在案件认定中的定局性影响,也改变了侦查机关侦查取证的思维理路,给侦查工作带来巨大挑战。为了适应审判中心的要求,侦查机关需要迅速更新理念,坚持证据裁判原则,遵守直接言词规则,严格证明标准,提高出庭作证能力和利用新科技侦查取证的能力。

The reform of the trial-centered ligation system is a criminal justice reform which focuses on judicial activities based on the principle of evidentiary adjudication.The reform of the trial-centered system demands that the investigation must comply with the requirements of the evidence judgment principle,which has changed the final status of the case investigation in the identification of the case and the thinking mode of the investigative organs.In order to adapt to the requirements of the trial-centered system,the investigative organs need to update the concept quickly,adhere to the principle of evidentiary adjudication,observe the direct verbal rules,strictly abide by the standard of proof,improve the ability to testify in court and use new technology to investigate and collect evidence.
