近年来,国际恐怖活动高发,中国海外利益、人员和机构等面临严峻的安全挑战;受国际恐怖活动和境内外"东突"势力渗透煽动等影响,中国境内暴恐活动和越境"圣战"事件明显增多,给国家安全、社会稳定和人民生命财产安全构成严重威胁。统一战线是中国共产党夺取革命胜利,进行社会主义建设,开展改革开放事业的重要法宝,也是全面建成小康社会、加快推进社会主义现代化、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要法宝。统一战线在维护国家安全、民族团结和社会稳定方面具有重要作用,是国家反恐的新利器。统筹国内国际两个大局、疆内疆外两个战场,建立国际和国内两条反恐统一战线是打击和防范恐怖主义的有效路径。

In recent years,Chinese overseas interests,Chinese citizens and institutions are facing serious security challenges.By the effects of international terrorist activities and the penetration incitement of the"East Turkistan"forces inside and outside,the violent terrorist activities and cross-border"jihad"incidents in China increased significantly,which poses a serious threat to the national security,social stability and people’s lives and property.The united front is an important magic weapon for the Chinese Communist Party to win the cause of revolution,construction and reform.It is also an important magic weapon for building a well-off society in an allround way,accelerating the socialist modernization and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The united front plays an important role in safeguarding national security,national unity and social stability,and is a new weapon of national counter-terrorism.To establish the counter-terrorist united front is an effective way to combat and prevent terrorism by balancing the overall situation of domestic and international,and the two battlefields of Xinjiang inside and Xinjiang outside.
