On the Construction of Joint Defense on Anti Telecom Fraud

随着网络信息技术的发展,电信诈骗犯罪形势严峻,仅靠公安机关打击处理已显得捉襟见肘。公安机关应联合电信运营商、互联网公司、银行等多个主体,多管齐下,构筑起抵御电信诈骗犯罪的联合防线。

With the development of the network information technology,the situation of telecom fraud is grim.It is difficult for police to deal with this alone.Public security organs should be combined with telecom operators,internet companies,banks and other subjects to build a joint defense against telecommunications fraud.Therefore,in view of the reasons for this rampant crime,the paper focuses on the construction route of the joint defense line and puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions which aim to form a joint defense line which is specialized in the management of telecommunication fraud.
