军事学体系作战理论在公安工作中的应用初探

A Study on the Application of the Military Combat Theory System to the Public Security Work

作为一门新建的一级学科,公安学的学科体系还需要进一步完善和发展。将军事学体系作战理论引入公安学,进行交叉研究,在穿插介绍军事学体系作战相关理论的基础上,重点交叉研究并分析体系与要素的系统原理、倍增效应原理、犯罪高峰理论、犯罪转移理论以及作战模式生成和警务模式改革的相关问题,为解决当前公安工作中面临的一些难点、瓶颈问题给出建议和方法,并为公安学的拓展研究提供理论支持和参考。

As a newly-built first-class discipline,the subject system of the science of public security should be further improved and developed.This article introduces the military combat theory system into the science of public security and does interdisciplinary researches.We focus on the research and analysis of the following relevant problems such as the theory of the system and elements,the multiplier effect principle,the theory of the crime peak,the transfer theory of the crime and the operational mode of product in policing model reformation from the basis of the relevant theory of the military combat theory system.It puts forward some suggestions and methods to solve the difficulties and problems in current public security work.It also provides theoretical support and reference for the further development of public security work.
