互联网等新行业和新技术的高速发展为网络诈骗犯罪活动提供了极大的犯罪空间。大数据侦查具有主动性、预测性、全景性的特点,有利于公安机关打击和预防网络诈骗犯罪活动、实现对网络诈骗犯罪活动的事前预警、事中阻断、事后溯源。应通过完善内外协作,加强对证据的收集,强化对大数据的研判分析,进而提升对案件的侦破能力,使大数据更好地发挥其在打击网络诈骗犯罪中的作用。

The rapid development of internet,new industries and new technologies provides a great criminal space for the activities of internet fraud crime.The big data investigation has the characteristics of initiative,predictability and panorama,which provides favorable conditions for the public security organs to crack down on and prevent the criminal activities of internet fraud crimes,and thus realize the pre-warning,the interruption and the traceability of the criminal activities.By completing the internal and external cooperation and strengthening the collection of evidence and the ability of analyzing big data,we can make the big data better play its role in the fight against the internet fraud crime.
