大直径泥水盾构刀盘现场定位拼装与焊接工艺浅析

A Brief Analysis on the Positioning &Assembling and Welding Techniques at Jobsite for Large Diameter Slurry Shield Machine

本文主要对京沈铁路客运专线望京隧道十三标大直径泥水盾构刀盘现场组装进行分析,首先分析刀盘现场组装易出现的问题,然后探讨解决刀盘现场组装问题的措施,最后对刀盘进行检测,发现该刀盘满足施工要求,以期为类似直径及形式的盾构刀盘在现场的组装及焊接提供技术参考。

This paper focused on the Beijing Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Railway Tunnel of Wangjing thirteen large diameter slurry shield cutter assembly is analyzed,first analyzed of cutter assembly site problems,and to solve problems of the cutter assembly field measures,finally the cutter for testing,found that the cutter in order to meet the requirements.Hopes that this paper can provide technical reference for on-site assembly and welding of similar diameter and form cutterhead.
