浅谈水利工程向水利资源的转变

Discussion on the Change of Water Conservancy Project to Water Resources

随着社会的发展,我国人口不断增加,水资源需求量越来越大,城市水资源不足,水生态环境恶化。在这一大背景下,水利工程向水利资源快速转变成为水利发展的主要方向,这符合市场经济对水利的客观要求。基于此,本文主要探讨实现水利工程向水力资源转变的基本策略。

With the development of society,the population of our country is increasing,the demand for water resources is more and more big,the urban water resources are insufficient,the water ecological environment worsens.In this context,the rapid transformation of the water conservancy project to the water resources has become the main direction of the development of water conservancy,which is in line with the objective requirements of the market economy.Based on this,this paper discussed the basic strategy to realize the transformation of hydraulic engineering to water resources.
